Evan and Elliot are the Red and Blue S.P.D. Power Rangers! Gran and Pop went all out and bought the boys some dress up clothes. Other than the Power Rangers, they each got a Zorro Hat and mask and an Indian Head dress. That is Pop Sitting Bull on the couch behind Evan.
